The one time credit for successful referrals shall apply to all
current customers of Affinity Wireless. Account must be in good standing.
Offer is based on the signing of a three-year contract and installation
of service which must be completed before credit is issued. Service
not available in all areas. Referral award only applies to current
RE Wireless customers who refer new commercial or residential customers
located in an Affinity Wireless serviceable area. New referred customers
must sign a minimum 2-year service agreement for wireless Internet
service with a minimum of $39.95 in monthly recurring service fees
for commercial accounts and $59.95 in monthly recurring service
fees for residential accounts. The referred customer’s services
must be installed prior to award being granted. If your referral
does not sign a service agreement within 30 days of its receipt,
the offer will expire. Referral award is not valid if current customer’s
account is not in good-standing, terminates service before new customer
is installed or if new customer cancels service prior to install.
Affinity Wireless reserves the right to change or discontinue offer at
any time. Employees of Affinity Wireless, and the immediate family members
of all such employees and all others with whom they are domiciled,
are not eligible to receive any credits, discounts or other promotional
offers under this program for referring a customer, for being referred
as a customer, or otherwise.
